Under floor heating Underfloor heating is a different way to provide the necessary heating for a building, using heat conduction - radiant heat. Underfloor heating can be electric or by heated water that runs under the floor. The underfloor heating can be installed between the joist work - in the screed of the floor - or under tiles - wood flooring. Air thermostats , manifolds, zone room controls, heat emission plates are needed for installation.
